Mr. John T. Stephan (Theatre Director) graduated with honors from Rowan University with a Bachelor’s degree in English and K-12 Subject Matter Education and a minor in Theatre. He earned a Master’s degree in Theatre from the University of Northern Colorado’s Department of Theatre and Dance and Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Directing through the University of Idaho's Theatre Arts Department.
Outside of WTHS, Mr. Stephan directs and choreographs for college, community, and semi-professional theatre companies including Camden County College's Theatre Department, The Off Broad Street Players Theatre Company at the Levoy Theatre, and The Broadway Theatre of Pitman. He has directed/choreographed productions of: Bye Bye Birdie, Damn Yankees, Grease, Anything Goes, RENT, Shrek the Musical (NJACT Perry Award Nomination for "Outstanding Choreography"), Disney's The Little Mermaid (NJACT Perry Award Nominations for "Outstanding Choreography" and "Outstanding Production of a Musical"), The Will Rogers Follies: A Life in Revue, Sister Act: The Musical, Titanic: The Musical, Disney's Beauty and the Beast (NJACT Perry Award Nominations for "Outstanding Choreography," "Outstanding Direction," and winner for "Outstanding Production of a Musical"), Evita, Mamma Mia!, (NJACT Perry Award Nomination for "Outstanding Production of a Musical"), The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Always Patsy Cline, The Marvelous Wonderettes, Pippin, Bright Star, Into the Woods, Big Fish, Ragtime, Parade, and Jimmy Buffet's Escape to Margaritaville (upcoming). At WTHS, he currently teaches Theatre Academy I, Theatre Academy II, Honors Theatre III, Honors Theatre IV, Exploring the Theatre, and English 12-CP. Miss Shannon Molloy (Producer/Business Manager) is in her 25th production with the Way-Off Broadway Players. She has had a love for theater since she studied Theater Production in college. Miss Molloy graduated with a Business Marketing degree. She had a successful career in the business world until 2008 when she became a Business Education teacher. She runs the school store with a team of student workers and is a co-advisor for Student Council. Miss Molloy was recognized by the district as "Teacher of the Year" for 2025.

Ms. Jessica Kelleher (Assistant Director/Cabaret Director) grew up in Franklinville where she trained in dance and participated in both school and community theater productions. She went on to receive her Bachelor’s in Mathematics and NJ Teaching Certification from Stockton University. Jessica currently teaches Algebra 1 and Geometry at WTHS and serves as one of the Drama Club advisors. She has taken on various roles in the previous productions of A Chorus Line, Most Likely To, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Puffs, The Little Mermaid, The Laramie Project, Mamma Mia!, She Kills Monsters, The Prom, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and Shrek the Musical!

Mr. Rob Weidamoyer (Stage Crew Advisor) has been teaching music and designing off-stage shows for over 25 years. This is Rob's fifth year as set designer for the musical and he's proud of the creative thinking displayed by the stage crew to generate functional and complimentary sets for WTHS productions. Rob would like to thank Abby Molotsky, John Stephan and Shannon Molloy for their guidance as part of the WTHS theater team and is grateful for the support of his family, particularly his wife, WTHS Dance Director Christina Richardson.

Mrs. Amy Flynn (Vocal Music Director) is the Director of Choral Activities at WTHS since December 2022. At WTHS, she teaches Music Theory 1 and AP Music Theory, four curricular Choirs: Mixed Chorus, Treble Chorus, Bel Canto and Chorale and two co-curricular A Capella Choirs: Momentum & Dynamics. She graduated from Messiah University (formerly Messiah College) in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education. She is the Festival Coordinator for All South Jersey Elementary, Junior and Senior High Choruses. In college, she studied Voice with Dr. Damian Savarino and Choral Conducting with Mrs. Linda L. Tedford. Mrs. Flynn has previously music directed productions of: Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, Sister Act, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, 42nd Street, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Mamma Mia, The Prom, and Shrek.

Stephen Menard (Scenic/Graphics Designer) Stephen Menard is a full time Scenic, Costume, and Graphic Designer based out of Gainesville, Florida. Stephen has designed and worked on over 70 productions nationwide, as well as worked with a wide range of theatres including but not limited to high school, community, collegiate, and professional. Recently, Stephen was professionally published as the Illustrator for Dressing Historical Characters by Lauren Lowell (Waveland Press 2024). Currently, he is working toward his Master of Fine Arts in Theatrical Design at University of Florida. Outside of shows, Stephen loves to absorb life and culture whenever he gets the chance, and it turn, use those lived experiences with to contribute to his designs on stage.

Kathy Brown (Costumer/Seamstress) has been involved in the performing arts for the past 16 years, and she has been sewing since the age of 13. Mrs. Brown earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing, from West Virginia University. Following a career in insurance and project management, leaving the industry to be a stay-at-home mom, and multiple years of volunteerism, she is enjoying her second career as an elementary school library assistant. Mrs. Brown has sewn for past productions of: The Little Mermaid, Mamma Mia, She Kills Monsters, and The Prom, and she looks forward to working on many more!

John Rattacasa (Hair/Make-Up Designer), a graduate of Washington Township H.S. Class of 2012, is thrilled to bring over a decade of experience in theatrical makeup and wig design to the Washington Township Theatre Department. He looks forward to contributing to the creative process at the very place where his theatrical journey began.

Mr. Casey Corigliano (Visual and Performing Arts Supervisor/Musical Pit Orchestra Conductor) started his teaching career at Washington Township HS in 2001. Over the years, he has directed the choirs, the concert bands, the Minutemen Marching Band and taught several other music classes before stepping up to lead the VPA department in 2018. Currently he oversees a department of 40 members throughout the district in Dance, Music, Theatre and Visual Art and recently added the World Languages department to his supervisory responsibilities. Throughout his years at WTHS he has been involved in the musicals in some capacity either as the vocal director, pit orchestra member or pit orchestra conductor.
Outside of WTHS, he serves as a rehearsal accompanist for Deptford HS’s musicals and plays in the pit orchestras at local high schools as well as the Broadway Theatre of Pitman when the WTPS VPA schedule allows. His favorite season at WTHS each year is musical season from his first show here, Footloose in 2002 to Shrek this past year and every show in between.
